Our tuna is certified dolphin safe, Grade A+ BRC food safety certified, and certified sustainable seafood with the Marine Stewardship Council. Our manufacturer conducts annual testing at the different fishing grounds for heavy metal. We also use skipjack tuna instead of yellowfin specifically because skipjack has much less heavy metal exposure while having a rich, savory flavor.
